You subscribe to these services for a specific term (monthly) and your subscription gets renewed automatically at the end of each term. You may upgrade or downgrade the level of your plan at the end of your existing term (either monthly or annually) however, cowtowncookieco.com will not refund any fees. To change your membership please email support@cowtowncookieco.com. All videos and documents are intended for personal use only and may not be redistributed, shared or reproduced in any way. Subscriptions are non-transferrable.  Any violation of these terms will result in forfeit of access without refund. Due to the nature the product, all sales are final. Cowtowncookieco.com may revise and update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the site will mean you accept the revised Terms. If you wish to cancel your membership notify us at least 15 days before the end of your term (via an email to support@cowtowncookieco.com). Your membership will be terminated immediately if it is canceled within 15 days of the next payment.
