frequently asked questions about the subscription

1. How many videos will be added each month?
There will be at least 3 videos added monthly (one to each level). As an advanced plan member you will have access to all three levels of videos. As an intermediate plan member you will have access to intermediate and beginner levels. Beginner plan members will only have access to beginner level videos.
2. Do I need prior cookie decorating experience?
No. You do not need to know how to decorate cookies prior to subscribing. Starting at the beginner level subscription there are tutorials on how to get started.

3. Am I able to upgrade my subscription?
Yes. As a Beginner you may upgrade to Intermediate or Advanced. As an Intermediate member you may upgrade to Advanced. You are eligible to upgrade at the end of your current term. You will begin paying the rate of the upgraded plan at the time you subscribe and your membership will be renewed either monthly or yearly. To upgrade your membership send an email to support@cowtowncookieco.com.

4. What tools do I need to get started?
Each membership level includes link to products used. For most tutorials you will need a cookie and royal icing.

5. How do I cancel my subscription?
If you wish to cancel your subscription please send an email to support@cowtowncookieco.com 15 days prior to your term ending.
